scrollToRowAtIndexPath cannot scroll correctly when table has variable height rows

There is a problem scrolling a UITableView to the bottom when the contents have variable height. The problem is stated here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25686490/ios-8-auto-cell-height-cant-scroll-to-last-row and here https://github.com/abinop/Auto-height-ios8-UITableView-scroll-problem is a test case I made to show how it works when the height is standard vs when not.
