Exchange (office365) Mail not recieving or sending

Summary:
When adding an office365 email account to the 8.1 beta, Mail does not work. Contacts and Calendar do

Steps to Reproduce:
Add an email account from office365 to Mail. Screenshots of settings (minus password) are available here (flickr): http://bit.ly/1wbjRuG 

Expected Results:
Mail to send and receive. 

Actual Results:
Mail stays empty and emails do not get sent. There are two screenshots in that album of receiving just spinning (sometimes the spinner goes away, sometimes it stays for a while). I have not gotten a test email to send either

Regression:
iPhone 6, slate gray, 64 gig.
