Require password immediately after sleep doesn't work

Summary: Setting the option to require password after sleep doesn't get enforced when waking up the computer from sleep. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Systen Preferences 2. Go to Security & Privacy > General 3. Enable the option titled "Require Password..." 4. Choose "Immediately" from the drop down menu 5. Close the laptop/choose Sleep form the Apple menu 6. Wake up the computer. Expected Results: Computer should be locked. Actual Results: Computer is not locked and no password was required to unlock the computer.
