iBooks chokes on fractional font sizes in SVG

Summary:
When using SVG content produced by Inkscape, iBooks often renders SVG text content incorrectly if it has a fractional font size.

This is likely related to rdar://18040167, but may or may not have the same underlying root cause.

I've attached a book that demonstrates the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open the book.
2.  Go to the title page.
3.  Adjust the window size until the word "Copyright" starts flickering and becoming distorted.


Expected Results:
The word "Copyright".

Actual Results:
An indecipherable blob of glyphs.
