Summary: iCloud Photo Library doesn’t show up on iCloud.com, even though it is enabled on my iOS device running iOS 8.1 Steps to Reproduce: Visit iCloud.com Expected Results: iCloud Photo Library is visible on iCloud.com Actual Results: iCloud Photo Library is not visible on iCloud.com Regression: Notes: This could be related to my iCloud Photo library not fully completing an upload, as per rdar://18720683
