Layout breaks when accessing the camera from a webapp

Summary:
When accessing the camera from HTML via input[type=file] the whole layout of the webapp breaks as you can seen in the screenshots attached. IMG_0002.PNG is before opening the camera. IMG_0003.PNG ist after opening the camera and closing the camera view.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached upload.html on Mobile Safari
2. Add website to homescreen
3. Open webapp from homescreen
4. Tap input field and select Camera
5. Tap Cancel

Expected Results:
IMG_0002.PNG

Actual Results:
IMG_0003.PNG
