Removing first instance of a recurring event crashes the calendaring system

Summary: In the latest iOS SDK (8.1), removing the first instance of a recurring event when there is no other event left in the recurrence causes a crash Steps to Reproduce: 1. In the stock calendar app, create a event that recurs daily with a end date. 2. go ahead and remove each of the recurring date (except the first recurrence) by removing only that instance 3. finally when you remove the first occurrence of the seres, you'll get a crash. Expected Results: Delete the event gracefully. Actual Results: both stock calendar app crash on device and on simulator. In simulator, it prints out this error which might be helpful: *** Assertion failure in -[EKEvent _deleteThisOccurrence], /SourceCache/Calendar_Sim/Calendar-1374.0.4/EKEvent.m:2188
