Keyboard Maestro Engine is an un-sandboxed, developer ID signed app. When it attempts to monitor the wifi state, the results are: 6/11/2014 11:26:03.138 airportd[31]: ERROR: Keyboard Maestro Engine (2738) is not entitled for com.apple.wifi.events, will not register for event type 7
