Some characters do not properly render in TestFlight app

Steps to Reproduce:
Use a character like β in a TestFlight beta app title

Expected Results:
β character properly renders in push notifications, in the app, etc.

Actual Results:
β character is replaced by ? character in push notifications, in the app, etc.
