Summary:
Up until 10.10, launchd source was released publicly, but it doesn't appear to be public any more. Can we have it back again? I was really hoping to use it

Steps to Reproduce:
Look for launchd on http://www.opensource.apple.com/release/os-x-1010/

Expected Results:
Happily find launchd

Actual Results:
Come to the sad realization that launchd is not public anymore
