Summary:
The AST of a Swift file can be output using swiftc via the --dump-ast flag. Please provide a way to output this as JSON.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute xcrun --sdk macosx swiftc -dump-ast <filename> on any valid Swift file.
2. Examine the output.

Expected Results:
Results are expected but there is no option to dump the AST as JSON.

Actual Results:
Results are expected but there is no option to dump the AST as JSON.
