Terminal does not let you type to search or navigate in a man page window

Summary: Man pages viewed in Terminal windows do not let you type a search string or scroll via arrow keys/space/shift-space/etc. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click the Help menu in Terminal. 2. Type a command name, such as 'ls'. 3. Click the Man Pages result in the Help menu. 4. Try to navigate with the keyboard, or press Command-F and type a search string. Expected Results: As in previous OS X versions, you can navigate the man page with the arrow keys, page up/down, space/shift-space, or type in a search string. Actual Results: None of the above keystrokes have any effect. Version: OS X 10.10.1 (14B25) / Terminal 2.5 (343) Notes: You can work around this issue by switching to another application and back to Terminal. This appears to have been an issue not specific to Terminal but related to the Help menu; the implementation changed in one of the 10.10 dot releases and the problem has gone away.
