Summary: Whenever a user wants to log in into his machine with his Mobile User (no sync, Active Directory, Local User-Home), especially when FileVault2 is activated, the login-Process fails and the machine crashes mid-boot. Workarounds: 1. During binding: dsconfigad -sharepoint disable -useuncpath disable 2. After binding: dscl . delete /Users/<user> OriginalHomeDirectory Steps to Reproduce: 1. Bind Mac to ActiveDirectory 2. Login with AD-User -> Home-directory will be created locally and not synchonized. 3. Activate Filevault2 (optional) and do all the reboots and waits necessary 4. Take all network-interfaces down 5. reboot 6. Login with that AD-user Expected Results: User is able to log in Actual Results: User can enter his credentials at FileVault2 login-screen System boots, then crashes with the Status-Bar at 3/5 Version: 10.10, 10.10.1, 10.10.2 (14C81f) Notes: Configuration: Bug occurs on any Mac This Bug has been marked as duplicate of 19231609 and counts as open.
