Text localization issue in the ActivityMonitor (at least for English)

Summary:
When moving/copying a large number of messages I saw that the text in the ActivityMonitor was using a string indicating a “format”.

Steps to Reproduce:
Take a large number of messages and move/copy from one server’s folder to another server’s folder (I haven’t tired this for within a server).

Expected Results:
The ActivityMonitor should have a good descriptive message about the copying.

Actual Results:
The ActivityMonitor has a template message “AppendingMessagesFormat###” See the attached image.

Regression:
Have only tried this on the indicated version of Mail
