Documentation for timeoutIntervalForRequest doesn't indicate it doesn't apply to background requests

In the NSURLSessionConfiguration documentation, there is no mention that setting timeoutIntervalForRequest has no affect on background requests. The documentation should reflect that timeoutIntervalForResource must be set to apply a timeout to a background request.
