Cannot change primary category

Summary:
I've created a new version for my app on iTunes Connect. When I try change the app category it gives the following message to me:
 
"We're temporarily unable to save your changes. Please try again later."
 
It occurs only with the category information.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new version of app in iTC
2. Change category information
3. Click Save

Expected Results:
Category information is saved.

Actual Results:
The following error is displayed:

"We're temporarily unable to save your changes. Please try again later."

Safari 8.0.2 on OS X 10.10.1
