“Write a review” authentication does not support Touch ID

Summary: Writing an app review requires re-authentication via the user’s Apple ID and password. Other uses of Apple ID authentication in iOS support using Touch ID in lieu of the password, and this should be no different. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open “App Store” 2. Tap “Updates”, in the tab bar 3. Tap “Purchased”, at top of the table view 4. Tap “My Purchases” (only visible if Family Sharing is enabled) 5. Tap any app 6. Tap the “Reviews” segment 7. Tap “Write a Review” Expected Results: If authentication is required, a Touch ID UIAlert appears Actual Results: A UIAlert with a password text input appears Version: iOS 8.1.2 (12B440) Update 2015-02-13: Duplicate of rdar://15324488
