Summary:
With rMBP connected to a Thunderbolt Display and both displays active, Safari will sometimes show a corrupted webpage.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  rMBP connected to Thunderbolt Display, both displays active.
2.  Go to a webpage in Safari that was open before the connection was made.



Expected Results:
The webpage shows as it should

Actual Results:
Craziness.  See the attached photo taken with my phone.
