Notes application broadcasts it's content to Action Extension as plain text when it's actually HTML

Summary:
Hitting share on a note in Notes will have an NSItemProvider with the UTI kUTTypePlainText (plain text) when in reality the contents sent to the extension are of type HTML.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create an Action extension that takes in text and then use it with the Notes app to create a file with the text as contents

Expected Results:
Notes claims to provide plain text so you create a .txt and the contents are as follows for instance:
