Allow a single Apple ID to belong to multiple organizations

At the moment, iTunes Connect allows one Apple ID to be part of only one Apple Developer Program team. It should be possible to be a part of multiple organizations under one account, and have an easy way to switch between those organizations. developer.apple.com allows just that.
