Summary:
Trying to change the contents of the trends graph in iTunes Connect's "Payments and Financial Reports" module is broken.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to iTunes Connect
2. Click on 'Payments and Financial Reports'
3. Attempt to use the dropdown to change the contents of the graph.

Expected Results:
The dropdown should appear and the graph should update.

Actual Results:
The dropdown ignores clicks.
