Clearing the downloads list focuses URL Bar

Summary:
After clearing the downloads list, the URL bar focuses, requiring another click.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With downloads present in the downloads list, click clear.

Expected Results:
The downloads list clears. The user can then continue doing what they were doing.

Actual Results:
The downloads list clears. The user must then click elsewhere to hide the bookmarks-thing before they’re able to continue doing what they were doing.
