Swift docs: Header docs for Dictionary.removeAll don’t mention what the default value for the parameter is

Summary:
Dictionary.removeAll() has a keep capacity parameter with a default value, but the docs don’t mention what that value is (and the header gen just says “default” which is unhelpful).


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at the docs for Dictionary.removeAll()


Expected Results:
I expected it to document the default value for the parameter.


Actual Results:
It doesn’t.
