Summary: The problem is related to ExternalAccessory framework. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch app that supports external accessory 2. Plug the device into lightning connector Expected Results: There is no applicationDidEnterBackground notification Actual Results: applicationDidEnterBackground received Version: 8.1.3 Notes: If you tap the home button to suspend an application into background there will be now notification applicationDidEnterBackground. Just only after the second open/suspend application. Configuration: iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
