Engineering has requested the following information in order to further investigate this issue:

Can you please capture and attach Wifi logs for us?

https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/ios/wi-fi/

WiFi Logging Instructions:

Use the attached mobile profile (MegaWifi Profile.mobileconfig) to enable WiFi logging.

  1. Email the attached file MegaWifi Profile.mobileconfig to an email account on your iDevice.

  2. Open the email and tap on the profile to install it.

  3. Reproduce the problem.

  4. Go to Settings > WiFi > Diagnostic Mode > Enter a name and tap Save Logs.

  5. Sync the iDevice to iTunes on your host computer.

  6. Retrieve the log files from your computer and attach them to the bug report.

Log files can be found in the following locations:

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/[Your Device's Name]/

and...

~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/[Your Device's Name]/WiFi

Note: You can also expose the hidden Library folder under ~/ or /Users/[Your User Name]/ by holding down the option key in the Finder while clicking the Go menu.

Hold down the option key then select Library in the Go menu. Once you see the Library folder, double-click on Logs > CrashReporter > MobileDevice > [Your Device's Name].

Please collect all of the recent files in the WiFi directory, the com.apple.driver.AppleBCMWLANCore0 folder and any files in this directory that start with com.apple.networking.

Select all of these files, compress them into a single file archive and attach them to the bug report.

  1. Please also note the time the issue occurred (date and time stamp).

--- Disabling WiFi Logging ---

To stop logging, visit to Settings > General > Profile > and remove it.

Note: Leaving logging enabled can have a significant impact on performance. Once you've completed the process steps outlined above, you should remove the profile.
