NSImageNameAdvanced isn't retina

 
Summary:
When using NSImageNameAdvanced a non-retina image is always returned.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari's preferences

Expected Results:
The Advanced preferences pane icon is a retina icon

Actual Results:
The icon is blurry on retina screens
