Photos 1.0: Mass Ignore Faces

Summary:
Currently you can not hold shift and select multiple faces when identiifing to ignore faces.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold shift and try to drag against multiple faces.

Expected Results:
1. Hold shift to drag against multiple faces.
2. All the faces show highlighted and you can right click to ignore.

Actual Results:
1. No select drag border gets displayed.

Regression:
None

Notes:
In the screen shot I would like to ignore all these faces.
