Photos app crashes when importing certain files

The Photos app (see version details below) crashes when importing some valid image files. 

I've attached an example JPG that always causes this crash, as well as an example crash log.

The most salient bit of the crash log:

Aborting due to uncaught exception: NSInvalidArgumentException
Exception message: -[__NSTaggedDate length]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x41ba94aa0300000d


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Photos
2. Try to import the attached valid JPG file
3. Observe a crash
