Safari's Recently Closed Tabs list doesn't include tabs which was closed by an Bluetooth keyboard

Summary:
If you close a tab by using ⌘+W, it will not be added the Recently Closed Tabs list.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Safari
2. Open a webpage
3. Close it with ⌘+W using an external Bluetooth keyboard
4. Press the new tab button until the Recently Closed Tabs list appear

Expected Results:
The tab you closed will be added to the list.

Actual Results:
The tab was not be added. Only tabs I closed by the touchscreen are shown.
