Installer scrolls down the list of choices in German or French language when Apple Magic mouse is Connected

Steps:
1. Set German as the primary OS X language
2. open 1.pkg in Installer.app
3. go to page for installed choice selection

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set German as the primary OS X language
2. Open 1.pkg in Installer.app
3. Go to page for installed choice selection

Expected Results:
All choices should be visible as the choice selection page is shown.

Actual Results:
Only "choice 2" is visible. "Choice 1" is invisible because the view is scrolled down. See "Screen Shot 2015-02-19 at 18.44.31.png"

Mac OS 10.10

Notes:
If user unchecks/checks any choice, then the view will be displayed correctly. See "Screen Shot 2015-02-19 at 18.51.58.png". When English is the primary language, this bug disappears. Also the bug disappears  It disappers for German language when this file is removed:
"/System/Library/CoreServices/Installer.app/Contents/PlugIns/PackageSelection.bundle/Contents/Resources/German.lproj/PackageSelection.nib"

Configuration:
This bug does not reproduce on Mac OS 10.9
