The live rendering view's IBOutlet doesn't work.

Summary:
When I have a live rendering view (IBDesignable) and I have some IBOutlet in that views. The live rendering doesn’t use hook the IBOutleted views.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new view with IBDesignable.
2. Add some subviews with IBOutlet to that view.
3. Configure the subviews and hook them with IBOutlet.

Expected Results:
Live rendering uses those outlets as a live rendering subviews.

Actual Results:
Live rendering ignores those outlets
