The DATEVALUE function doesn't work at all.

Summary: The DATEVALUE function returns an error even when given valid data. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Read this page http://support.apple.com/kb/PH654?viewlocale=en_US 2. Try the example in Numbers 3.5.2 =DATEVALUE(“12/29/1974”) returns Dec 29, 1979. Expected Results: It should parse the date. Actual Results: I get a read warning box
