UISplitViewController does not use the proper status bar style

Summary:
When a split view controller’s children use UIStatusBarStyleLightContent, UISplitViewController still uses the default status bar style. For instance, if both children are UINavigationControllers with UIBarStyleBlack, the status bar should be white, but when they are inside of a split view controller, the status bar is black, making it almost unseen.
