Summary:
Swift runtime hangs with a recursive generic type enclosed in a generic closure.

Steps to Reproduce:
Clone repository: https://github.com/jeffh/GenericDeadlockExample and run tests.

Or run attached code.

Expected Results:
I expect it to run.

Actual Results:
Deadlock inside nodeFactory() because of double getGenericMetadata for Node type.
