QuickLook not working for SVG files

Summary:
I get a blank white rectangle when I QuickLook SVG files. On the same system, SVG files preview correctly in the Finder.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/02/SVG_logo.svg
2. Select file in Finder.
3. Activate QuickLook.

Expected Results:
QuickLook window shows preview of file.

Actual Results:
QuickLook shows blank white rectangle.

Version:
10.10.2

Notes:
`qlmanage -d 1 -p SVG_logo.svg` reports using the Web.qlgenerator
