Maps + Siri: Directions Banner Above Directions

Summary:
If your phone is locked and you are using turn-by-turn directions, and you use Siri, and a turn is coming up, you’ll see a directions banner on top of the directions when you exit Siri.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Begin driving directions.
2. Lock your phone.
3. Use Siri.
4. As you approach a turn, quit Siri.

Expected Results:
The lock screen will show directions and there will not be a directions banner above it.

Actual Results:
The lock screen shows directions, but also a banner.
