Emojis don't scale in MobileSafari

Summary:
When an Emoji is placed in a webpage and the text has a font-size the image does not scale  to the size, in either way, nor increasing neither shrinking it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open https://francescbm.com/bugs/emoji-safari.html (or the attahed emoji-safari.html) 

Expected Results:
1. The Emoji should scale with the text font size (just like desktop OS X Safari does – see attached OS X Safari screenshot)

Actual Results:
1. The Emoji does not scale in MobileSafari, so the text looks (ridicously) bigger than the emoji.
