Summary: When displaying text in a UITableViewCell of type UITableViewCellStyleSubtitle, with a bold and italic font (e.g., Helvetica-BoldOblique), the last character is clipped. This can be rectified by padding the end of the string with a space. This issue does not affect UITableViewCellStyleDefault cells. Steps to Reproduce: Run the sample project, which is based on the Xcode 'Master-Detail' template, modified in the following ways: -Prototype cell in storyboard is changed to the Subtitle type -Font is changed to a bold italics font in cellForRowAtIndexPath: method ------cell.textLabel.font = [UIFont fontWithName:@"Helvetica-BoldOblique" size:14]; Expected Results: The last character should not be clipped. Actual Results: The last character is clipped. See the attached screenshot. Version: iOS 8.2 Notes: Configuration: This happens in the iOS simulator and (I think) on all iPhones I've tested (5s, 4, 3GS).
