WatchKit: iPhone "Apple Watch" app doesn't display localized app name

I've localized the name of my Watch app using InfoPlist.strings:
"CFBundleDisplayName" = "Where To?";
The Watch displays the localized name just fine but the iPhone "Apple Watch" app only displays the non-localized CFBundleDisplayName from the Watch app's Info.plist ("WhereTo" in my case).
