Summary:
When I visit the CloudKit Dashboard (https://icloud.developer.apple.com/dashboard/). The page fails to load every time. It was loading without an issue on the 22nd of March, but now it fails to load no matter what I try to change via the iCloud Containers UI (https://developer.apple.com/account/ios/identifiers/iCloudContainer/iCloudContainerList.action).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an App ID that will use iCloud, set the compatibility: "Include CloudKit support (requires Xcode 6)"
2. Log into the CloudKit Dashboard and configure some RecordTypes.
3. Wait....
4. Try to log back into the CloudKit Dashboard - it does not work.

Expected Results:
I expect to be able to log into the CloudKit Dashboard.

I experience an error:

Version:
My app is currently being developed. I don't have a live app, the issue occurred while developing an app that will use CloudKit.

Notes:
I have come across other users who have experienced a similar issue, but they seem to have experienced it in 2014. I haven't found any other similar case in the same time period as myself (March 2015).

Configuration:
I am not using Beta software, currently I'm using the latest XCode (Version 6.2 (6C131e)).
