Pre release new version makes internal testers disappear

Steps to Reproduce:
Add a pre-release version of an app on iTunes connect. 
Under Builds switch that version to “Testflight Beta Testing”
Under Internal Testers make sure the user is still selected.
Open test flight on the phone and the app is disappeared from the list.

Expected Results:
The app not to disapear

Actual Results:

Regression:


Notes:
Tried to refresh for several hours to see if it was a caching issue.
Tried to remove the user and add the user again.
None of the above fix the problem.
