Xcode unnecessarily scrolls when shifting blocks of f code left/right when top is off-window

Summary: If I use command-] / [ to move code left or right a level of indentation, if the top of the selected region is off the top of the window, Xcode automatically scrolls vertically, eventually moving the affected range out of view. Movie attached demonstrating Steps to Reproduce: Select some code. Shift left / right (command - ] / [ ) Yay. Scroll the beginning of the selection just out of view at the top. Shift left / right (command - ] / [ ) Expected Results: Code moves back and forth hypnotically Actual Results: Xcode starts scrolling to the bottom.
