Summary:
Currently, in Xcode 6.2 and below, it is impossible to Refactor Swift code. This is only currently provided in Objective-C and C. This enhancement would align Swift to these other two languages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write some Swift code
2. Edit Menu > Refactor - nothing is available.

Expected Results:
1. Write some Swift code
2. Edit Menu > Refactor - the options would be available.

Actual Results:
Dialog box pops up (attached) informing developer that this feature does not exist.

Engineering has determined that your bug report is a duplicate of another issue and will be closed.
