Can not use  in App Description

Summary:
You can not use the  Symbol in app descriptions. Since this is used for  pay and Watch it is hard to follow brand guidelines.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use itms to add  to your description.

Expected Results:
It to work

Actual Results:
You get the following error:

ERROR ITMS-4000: "Version '1.0', Locale 'en-US': Description must not contain the following characters: " at Software/SoftwareMetadata/SoftwareVersion
