Summary: The iOS 8.4 beta API Differences page returns a 404, instead of showing API diffs. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the iOS Dev center, click on the iOS 8.4 beta tab, click on the iOS 8.4 beta API Differences link (https://developer.apple.com/library/prerelease/ios/releasenotes/General/iOS84APIDiffs/index.html). Expected Results: The api diff page should open. Actual Results: The server returns a 404 response.
