Summary: Running OSX 10.9.5, with either Image Capture or Preview, dialog shows "please unlock" when the phone is not locked. Steps to Reproduce: Unclear, having an old Macbook Pro with 10.9.5 might be relevant. The phone is iPhone 5S Expected Results: Photos can be imported Actual Results: Photos can not be imported, dialog says "Please unlock <phone name>" Version: 10.9.5 Notes: Configuration: Recently upgraded to 8.3
