Summary:
I'm a developer and need to move my mouse quite a bit, and at great speed, on an external 4K monitor. Every time I move my mouse quickly, the mouse pointer grows in size and gets to be distracting. Also, I have to wait until the mouse pointer returns to normal size to use it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move mouse quickly on large screen (I'm using a 4K monitor)
2. Cannot find anywhere to disable cursor "zoom on shake"
Expected Results:
I should find a setting to disable mouse cursor "zoom on shake"
