Activity app does not support edge swipe to go back

Summary:
The new activity app that gets enabled with the watch does not support going back by swiping from the left edge when drilled down into a navigation controller.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Activity app and select a day.
Select a section for more detailed information.
Try to swipe from the left edge in order to go back.

Expected Results:
The previous view controller appears.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.
