#IUO `NSApp` should be of type `NSApplication`

Currently `NSApp` is typed as `AnyObject!`, which causes awkwardness when attempting to do things like `if let event = NSApp.currentEvent`. Being that `NSApp` is an alias for `NSApplication.sharedApplication()` it should share `sharedApplication()`s return type.
