Two-fingered double tap in Maps app zooms out, not in

Summary:
Double tapping in the Maps app with two fingers zooms out instead of zooming in. This is the opposite behavior as iOS.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Maps.
2. Double tap with two fingers.

Expected Results:
You zoom into the map.

Actual Results:
You end up zooming out of the map.

10.10.3 (14D136)

Notes:
You can, of course, still pinch to zoom in and out, but double tapping behavior should mirror that of iOS.
